Anaheim Ducks Anaheim Sport reviews
Bret Michaels and his band are amazing!
Anaheim Ducks is a loving human being, and I wish everyone in the world were like him! His character speaks volumes as he does a meet and greet before and/or after EVERY show. He didn't rush us when we were with him, showing how he feels about his fans. As a performer, there is no one better! His band, who by the way, are just as amazing, shines through him. He gives 1,000% of himself, and you can tell he really loves what he does. I hope, actually I know, he will come back to the Hard Rock in Northfield Ohio again soon. It's awesome to see him again! Thank you, Anaheim Ducks, for being the most kind, humble person I know.
Brought back good memories
My Mom bought these tickets, but I paid for them and they were for her and my Aunt to go see Anaheim Ducks. I did not actually see the show myself. They both enjoyed the show a lot, according to my Mom. It was nice for them to see live the person they have listened to for years on tape...yes, TAPE. Their seats pleased them. Even though they were not very close, they could hear perfectly, which was what they cared about most. There should be some big screens so the people in the back could see him closer, I think. My Mom valet parked as she has parkinson's and cannot walk very far, so they were not sure how close they would be able to park. The parking cost $30, which I find ridiculous, especially with the prices of the tickets. However, they split the cost, which made their evening easier. Overall, I think it was a great experience for both of them. I am looking forward to attending a concert in this venue in the future.
Games were good
The energy in the stadium was exciting and fun to watch during the soccer matches. I don't believe there is a single bad seat in the house - the stadium is really nice. What happened to the days when you could watch a soccer match without having to listen to air horns? It's not a terrible sound until it is right next to your ear, which will inevitably happen. Remember the days of soccer chants? They should ban them. If you are going to host an event with at least 20,000-30,000 people, don't you think you should open more than 4 concession stands? The first time I went for beer, I waited in line for 30 minutes! The second time, I waited in line for at least 20 minutes, and when I got right to the front of the line, they closed down the beer sales for the rest of the game (they are required by law toward the end of games, which I understand). There should be a better system in which the people already standing in line will get served. Or better yet, open all of your concessions! You will make more money.
